NATO IS SUPPORTING AFGHAN EVACUEES
More than 500 Afghans who have worked with NATO and their families have been evacuated and are safely housed at temporary facilities in Bases around Europe supported by Allied troops. NATO is working with allies to provide housing, care and support while arrangements are made for follow-on movement to Allied nations.
To date, more than 120,000 people have been evacuated in the Allied airlift from Kabul airport as part of the coalition effort.
